We were in a Junior Suite, lovely room We had requested twin beds but this wasn't available. The staff at breakfast were very friendly however the staff member who really stood out at the restaurant for being exceptional was Madu. I don't normally ask for someones name but I did in her case because she was extremely attentive and every small detail was taken care of. Thank you The hotel was so peaceful and calm, I liked it as it was so authentic and arabic. When I asked for a late check out/ extra night, the front desk staff were brilliant. nothing was a problem. I'd love to go back. Fantastic hotel

One day I had to go to the Front desk to get service at the bar, no staff around.

The restaurant within the hotel was too expensive and not worth it however there are restaurants walking distance from the hotel which were good
