The staff was amazing and really helped me when I was there to receive a package and also to get a stain out of my shirt from hotpot stains. I saved my shirt and I am grateful for the support received while I was there.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was great and changed every day. The hotel is about 300m from the metro (Chengdu First People's Hospital) exit C2. I really liked the huge mall next to the metro station, great coffee at Wagas and fantastic food at Goodwood restaurant. The hotel is very close to the street with the 2 towers that light up at night, great for a walk at night. We will definitely use this great hotel again.

They need to use fresh milk in the coffee machine, not UHT milk.
