I had to carry the suitcases to the third floor because there is no elevator.

At check-in, they were going to charge me for drinks and snacks that I didn't consume. They didn't charge, but the check was not done correctly. And even though the hotel has a pool, the area was not open, apparently only works in the summer. This should be informed at the time of booking because the guest needs all the information to decide whether to book or not.
