The mountain view is not for me but I am sure a lot of people would like it. I did enjoy watching the city fights the water pressure in shower was nice. Parking is fantastic!!

Hairdryer did not work. Bedding feels like paper and makes way too much noise. No extra blankets in room. Buffet did not have a lot of options. And then there was the idiot next door that kept slamming his door every 2 minutes and waking up my 6-month-old. There was also no drinking water in the rooms. And that smoke detector light above the bed is so annoying! We were also told by the receptionist that if we needed anything to just call, and when I asked for ice they told me they don't do room service so why would you offer me the option to call.

The fact that they do not provide water in the rooms
Everything the hotel is like my 2nd home now lmao, I must give it to the staff this time from the security at the entrance, reception Mr. LISO thank you bro made me feel welcomed once again after a long time I haven't been at the hotel, although I didn't get the room I requested on booking you made every effort for my staff to be comfortable even let me choose a room that I preferred from the rooms that were available on arrival that's going an extra mile thanks. Let me say to each and every person working at the hotel thanks guys for the love and caring you show your guests
