Staff were extremely friendly throughout the hotel - checkin, swimming pool, cleaning staff - and the room was great as was the shower and the bed.

No washing up liquid nor sponge/teatowel made it quite difficult to wash up out plates. The shower head was broken and the battery of the safe was defect and had to be replaced.

The place is very clean and family-friendly, no disturbance, with plenty of parking in the basement and very close, just a few steps away from Wajef and Mushaireb.

Everything about the property was amazing! Staff very friendly and accommodating, we had to check out early morning for our flight and yet the staff packed us breakfast to go! The rooms were clean, freshly made up daily. Location is great too, only a 5-minute walk to the souq, and in the middle of all the nice attractions. We will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Doha, thank you!
