The reception staff was excellent. They helped us at all times with the days I had, they even guided me with 2 excursions that I had planned to do. They gave me a metro map and tips about Milan.

The cleanliness in the kitchen. Since everyone cooks and cleans what they use, not everyone does it the same way. It would be necessary to review everything that is used and do a deep cleaning. It is normal when sharing.

Nothing. The complete lack of staff and cleanliness. The shared kitchen situation is a real disaster. It was scary to enter because of the dirt, very bad feeling and there is probably a health risk.
