I have been staying in several hotels in Hong Kong before but Eco Tree is one that I enjoy staying the most. The room is a good size for solo traveller like me. Everything I need is there and easily accessible. The room is very clean and it has 24hours security and the stuff are very friendly. I love the neighbourhood, It is a bustling residential and dining district. Along Mercury street, we have laundry shops, coffee shops, restaurants, Wellcome supermarket. And at the the cross junction between Mercury and Electric Street, is the Causeway Bay Market. Eco Tree Hotel is an ideal place for long stay. I will definitely choose Eco Tree the next time I visit Hong Kong.

The one thing that surprised me was upon check-in, I was asked to pay a HK$500 deposit. It would be good if this was explained at the time of booking so that we could budget it in. The deposit was returned back to me one day before check out .
