The receptionists seem not to love what they do, they don't make eye contact, they don't greet... the last night a noisy couple arrived late and you could hear everything (Not sex) but it still ruined my night... They offer a kitchen but no utensils like cutlery, plates, glasses... towels need a complete change, as they are white they look old and don't give a good impression.
