The hotel is in an excellent location, each time we were amazed at how centrally located it is. The deluxe rooms were spacious and everything was clean. Looking forward to returning in the future

Room and bed were excellent. Hotel is quiet and breakfast is very good. Pool was well cared for. Staff were very knowledgeable and keen to assist - professional and communicative. Special Mention to Ms Truong who was very helpful and knowledgeable in a concierge role.

A/C was blasting in the lobby. Staff was well versed in English and my broken Vietnamese and allowed us to stay in the lobby until our check-in.
