1. I booked online and during payment, they asked me to transfer because the payment device was not working. 2. As soon as I entered the room, the key card did not open the room, I returned it and they changed the card, it still did not work, and finally they changed the entire room. I turned on the air conditioners and after 4 hours, I found the apartment hot and the air conditioners did not cool down, and there was no air circulation. I contacted them but unfortunately, it was of no use. By 6 in the morning, the air conditioner started to cool down, so I could rest and have a bad sleep. What upset me the most is that after all this ordeal, exactly at 12 noon, they called me and sent a staff member to ask when I would check out or renew, while I was already sleeping late due to the poor service. So, I do not recommend it to anyone because once they receive their money, they do not care about the guest's comfort.
