Communication.

Our AC broke, staff were very accommodating, let us stay in another room overnight while they promptly fixed it. Overall friendly staff and easy access to clothes washing facilities. Also great location, very central with nice places to eat all within 5-10 min walk. Drug stores (Watson), and convenience stores close-by.
