They never answered my request. I paid for the night and couldn't sleep there. They left me without a solution. I had knee surgery, asked for a bed downstairs, and the lady left me with the problem. She said to solve it with the people in the room. I sent messages again and nothing! I lost money and was left without a place to sleep. Very bad service!!!!
