Location, safety, facilities and how easy it was to get to Tokyo station., it was literally 1 min or max 2 min walk. All the amenities were right at the door step. Easy accept Shinjuku or Shibuya. Walking distance to Robot Cafe ( it was an excellent experience) Helpful staff . Room was ok, we had a big wall of the next door building as a view. It’s understandable as it’s located so centrally!!

The shower room being small is still fine, but the position to hang the shower is bad, and it was very inconvenient to have to hold the shower with one hand to wash the head continuously
