住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.0
Mixed but notable negative reports: one guest described faded/urworn towels and bathrobes, persistent flies in the toilet and generally 'unfresh' conditions leading to an early checkout; other guests did not mention cleanliness issues.
- Service9.8
Very positive across reviews: staff repeatedly praised as extremely friendly, professional and helpful (named staff like Rachida and a standout receptionist), described as going above and beyond.
- Location9.6
Consistently praised: excellent central location in the Medina, next to the ramparts and by the water with rooftop views of the Atlantic; easy to find and very scenic.
- Room Quality9.0
Generally high: rooms described as unique, beautifully designed with amazing bathrooms; one guest noted a smaller-than-advertised bed (max ~170 cm) and compact/toilet privacy issues.
- Amenities9.4
Strong amenity offering highlighted: rooftop terrace/bar, photogenic spaces, cocktails, live music and a rooftop restaurant create a distinctive guest experience.
- Value for Money8.9
Generally seen as good value by several guests (one explicitly 'worth the price'), though at least one guest felt the hotel did not deliver a luxury level of freshness/comfort they expected.
- Food and Beverage9.5
Highly rated in reviews: rooftop menu and cocktails praised as excellent, live music adds value to dinners and breakfasts with strong ocean views.
- Overall Experience9.6
Mostly exceptional boutique Riad experiences reported — magical design, welcoming staff and memorable rooftop ambience — though marred for some by noise and isolated cleanliness issues.
