Location is superb. I stay at this hotel whenever I attend concerts in the Araneta area. Rooms are clean and check-in is easy. I think it's good value for money for its price.

I was very disappointed by this booking. Having stayed in over 100 hotels in many locations, this is the first one I had to leave and stay elsewhere. Upon entering my room, straight away I noticed hair on the floor. There was grime caked into the corners of the floor and there was a white stain on the bedding. I called reception and asked to be moved to another room (another first for me) and a member of staff directed me to another room. Unfortunately the new room was also dirty, with hair and crumbs on the floor. The ceiling also had black mould. I decided then I had to leave. I believe that the cleaning staff are not given enough time to clean properly- this is a management problem. The hotel could also do with some investment. There should never be black mould in a place that advertises itself the way it does. I'm not normally inclined to complain but in this instance, it's needs to be said. Management and the hotel owners need to get their finger out.
