The location was immaculate and the staff were quite helpful. For solo travelers, it's pretty good. For families, probably not. But I will stay for a second time within the next few days. So from a practical point of view, it's a good place to stay.

The hotel needed maintenance, and in fact they were doing it. They were renewing the walls at the entry, which created some temporary noise. But what is worse for the poor management is that there is ongoing construction around, which creates some noise as well. But then again, we are in Mumbai, and we don't have the luxury of complaining about noise.

I was made to feel welcome and they were helpful when I asked questions .They went out of their way to make my stay easy.

There was no complaints from me. Compared to my stay at Ajanta Continental Mumbai, Hotel Linkway was like a Palace. Like Chalk and Cheese.
