住客評價分析
- Cleanliness8.4
Multiple reviews note daily cleaning and generally very clean rooms and pool; a few comments mention dated walls or older furniture but overall cleanliness is praised.
- Service8.0
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and quick to resolve issues (front desk singled out), though renovation communication and occasional noise-related discomfort tempered the score.
- Location8.5
Location frequently called fantastic and central (walking distance to Khao San and many restaurants), though some mention a 10-minute walk or slight distance from main sights.
- Room Quality7.2
Rooms range from comfortable, spacious and good value to somewhat dated (walls needing refreshing, old furniture, heat on top floors); mixed feedback leads to a below-average room quality rating.
- Amenities8.1
Pool is praised as clean and large by many; small gym and occasional mismatch between photos and reality noted by some guests, but overall amenities are solid for the price.
- Value for Money8.3
Several reviewers explicitly mention excellent price/quality and good value, making value one of the stronger aspects of the stay.
- Food and Beverage8.2
Breakfast is repeatedly described as very good, extensive and satisfying; overall food and beverage receives consistently positive mentions.
- Overall Experience8.1
Overall sentiment is positive with many recommendations and return stays, though renovation noise and occasional external nightlife noise slightly reduce the overall score.
