Garden Wing was beautiful. The breakfasts offered a large variety of cuisines and were very good.

A manual of some description informing visitors of things like operating the air-conditioning and lighting would have been very helpful!
Breakfast has a vast array of Asian selections, but can get very busy. Staff - and robots - work hard to clear the tables and keep everything available and clean.

Maybe a greater selection of fruits and western options at breakfast. Also, due to the Indonesian fires causing havoc with the Singapore air quality the week we stayed I tried to cancel the full booking. Shangri-La refused. Which is disappointing given the fact I outlined clearly that my young children would suffer with the poor air quality. Else I'd give the hotel a 10.
