Die Lage ist prima: Mitten drin, statt nur dabei. Zürich ist eine interessante Stadt für so ein kleines Land. Das Fenster konnte geöffnet werden, sodass die Wärme erträglich war. Die Geräusche waren typische Innenstadtgeräusche gemischt mit dem Krach den wir Touristen mit den Kofferrollen auf dem schönen Pflaster machen. Falls Frühstück gebucht werden sollte, kann ich den neu eingerichteten Frühstücksraum nur empfehlen. Er sah sehr ansprechend aus und die Gäste schienen es zu genießen.

Es hat schon lange niemand mehr in einem Hotel meine Kreditkarte so in die Hand genommen, dass er die drei geheimen Ziffern sehen konnte. Die Idee, dass es gut für mich sein soll, fand ich überraschend. Der Preis kam mir überzogen vor und die Toilette war nicht abgezogen, als ich eintraf.

Muito barulho até de madrugada. Ha um bar na parte de baixo do hotel e todos os dias havia muita gritaria, o que dificultava dormir.

Not much, I cannot say- everything was great, staff was wonderful. Camella and Vilma were the best!

Missed a kettle in the room.

This hotel was so great and there are so many things that stand out. Our host/check in person, Nadine, was incredibly warm and welcoming- actually the friendliest person we had during out 11 day Europe vacation. The location was perfect and an easy walk to most everything - including the train to/from the airport. Our room was small but cozy with nice big windows that opened up for a fresh breeze. We also asked for additional pillows and were brought them quickly with no issues. The hot pot, snacks and mini fridge were a great addition as well. Also, a Starbucks as well as other cafes, restaurants and cute shops were minutes away from the front door. Oh there was also a cute bar off the lobby area that I wish we had time to visit. We didn’t get a chance to visit the breakfast buffet since we had a plane to catch, but it looked yummy!
