The facility was modern, clean, comfortable, beautiful, and everything worked as it was supposed to. Everyone from the check-in lady to the bellhop to the valet to the dining room service people were polite and kind and glad to be helpful in every way. We will definitely return.

Shuttle bus is good and efficient, King room is excellent size and very clean.

As an airport hotel, rooms are not ready early. Surely with some planes getting in, in the morning and guests coming of long hauls of over 10 hours, some rooms would be ready. I found one female receptionist standoffish.

The whole experience was wonderful the restaurant was great the staff were very polite and explained everything the shuttle to and from the Airport was especially convenient it was such a great stay
