• Location9.8

Outstanding: overwhelmingly praised for exceptional, central location and spectacular river/castle/bridge views; frequently cited as the primary strength.

• Room Quality7.1

Mixed to negative: rooms are spacious and offer great views but many comments note old, sometimes damaged furniture, small bathrooms for children, and maintenance issues (e.g., shower hose, Nespresso).

• Amenities6.9

Below average: spa/wellness and pool cited as too small, some in-room appliances appear old or malfunctioning (Nespresso, aircon, hairdryer); facilities feel dated.
