Ao chegar no hotel recebi 2 vouchers por dia para o café da manhã, mas tinham 4 pessoas no total. Fui falar com o atendente e o mesmo falou que a reserva só dava direito a 2 vouchers por dia. No entanto, eu informei que havia pagado pelo café da manhã para as 4 pessoas por meio da reserva do booking. O gerente foi chamado e resolveu o problema, mas não poderia ter sido. Avalio que a reserva por meio da plataforma do booking deve ser mais clara quanto a esta situação.

A little overpriced for the facilities and the front door closed early for a Holiday Inn. Access then with key code.
