LO unico que no me gusta de la habitacion es que el aire acondicionado es algo ruidoso. El restaurante en el piso 9 para desayuno japones esta cerrado sabados y domingos, y no nos avisaron de ese horario con anterioridad
The room was clean, bed was comfortable and 7 eleven was located very close by which was convenient. We didnt get to use the pool or gym but they seemed clean and well maintained.

Upon checkout the housekeeper went up to do a final check of the room and we were told that 2 coat hangers were missing and we had to pay extra. We arrived to the apartment around 9pm after a long day of flying and didnt even unpack due to having an early flight the next morning. We literally went there to sleep for 8 hours and didnt even use the wardrobe or hangers in question. The staff was adamant on making us pay but I refused and told them they could check our luggage for the missing hangers. We were already stressed about the traffic and arriving late to our flight without needing this kind of stress in the morning. After asking for the managers contact number, the staff conceeded to waiving the fee for the lost coat-hangers. I will now be taking photos of our rooms from now on to avoid this kind of scam from hotels. It made the stay stressful and therefore we wont be returning. The room also didnt have adequate utensils or tools for cooking or cleaning the kitchen. I wouldnt pay extra to stay in the suite even if we were there longer then one night.
