There is water under the tub making it feel like you are standing on a water bed. I brought the health and safety issue as well as the liability issue up to a staff member and he was already aware of the situation in that particular room, but did not seem to appear that he would be doing anything about it. This was completely unacceptable.

The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were terribly uncomfortable.
It is so convenient to access, right off the Don Valley, and the perfect location for us. The bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price!

Old premises, tuned down noisy doors that don’t fully shut in some rooms. Some of the reception staff are rude in this position. Smells like weed. You’re welcomed by the disgusting smell of weed in The corridors and entrance.
