住客評價分析

• Cleanliness6.5

Multiple guests reported poor/general cleaning issues (rooms not cleaned, beds not made, 'la limpieza fatal'), though some guests noted rooms/bathrooms were clean; overall cleanliness is below expectation.

• Service8.5

Service sentiment is mixed but generally positive: several comments praise very friendly and helpful staff and assistance with requests, though a few guests reported cold staff, unclear desk help about parking, and reception/check-in code problems.

• Location9.0

Consistently praised: central, quiet area close to the city center and attractions (near Parliament), excellent for walking to sights.

• Room Quality7.5

Rooms are generally functional and some are nice (balcony, 9th floor), but several guests mention small rooms, somewhat worn/older condition, narrow beds and occasional maintenance issues (bathroom light, sink drainage).

• Amenities7.5

Good breakfast buffet and useful in-room items (fridge, tea/coffee set, kettle); shortcomings noted include no AC in some rooms, lack of in-room coffee machine and occasional parking tariff confusion.

• Value for Money9.0

Frequently mentioned as very good value for money or 'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo' given location and breakfast offering.

• Food and Beverage8.5

Breakfast repeatedly described as abundant, varied and very good/fantastic, though a few said it was merely 'ok' or skewed to savory choices.

• Overall Experience7.5

Overall positive stays with strong location, good breakfast and friendly staff for many guests, tempered by cleanliness and minor operational problems (check-in codes, parking, some maintenance).
