住客評價分析
- Cleanliness9.0
Generally described as clean and modern in multiple reviews; one report noted an unclean room with a sewage smell on arrival, so overall very good but not perfect.
- Service9.6
Staff repeatedly praised as very friendly, accommodating and outstanding; service is a consistently highlighted strength of the property.
- Location9.8
Exceptional central location mentioned throughout — walking distance to historical sites and excellent views of the Acropolis; repeatedly cited as a primary positive.
- Room Quality8.8
Rooms described as spacious, modern and with great views by many, though several comments noted small rooms/bathrooms and one room required changing due to odor.
- Amenities9.0
Rooftop restaurant, rooftop pool and small 4th-floor pool highlighted as appealing; some operational issues (indoor pool prebooking, occasional lack of sun loungers, limited powerpoints, missing blow dryer).
- Value for Money7.6
Generally high-quality offering but some guests noted it was a bit pricey, extra nightly tax not included in price, and occasional mismatches between price and expectations.
- Food and Beverage9.5
Breakfast and rooftop dinners repeatedly praised (breakfast facing the Acropolis called exceptional); food/service in restaurants described very positively.
- Overall Experience9.5
Many reviewers called the stay fantastic or exceptional and would return; a few minor negatives (pricing, occasional pool logistics, small rooms) did not outweigh overwhelmingly positive experiences.
