住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.7

Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness and frequent cleaning; overall excellent. One comment notes a shower leak/overflow affecting the bathroom (maintenance issue) but general cleanliness is highly rated.

• Service9.8

Service repeatedly described as exceptional — front desk, concierge and pool staff singled out for high professionalism and responsiveness. A few mentions of patchy service and one rude lobby staff member slightly temper otherwise outstanding service.

• Location10.0

Location repeatedly praised as very convenient and close to everything; several reviewers call it among the best in Cairo.

• Room Quality8.6

Rooms described as spacious and well appointed, but several specific negatives: low lighting in one room, pillows considered uncomfortable, one reviewer said the suite could be better, and a shower/maintenance problem mentioned — overall slightly lower than other categories.

• Amenities9.4

Pool is pleasant and pool service is praised; hotel described as elegant with thoughtful details. Some outlets (restaurants) received mixed reviews, but amenities overall are strong.

• Value for Money9.5

Standard quality for this hotel tier.

• Food and Beverage9.0

Breakfast and food generally praised (good breakfast, outdoor restaurant praised), but some criticisms: restaurants described as average by one reviewer and the buffet-only breakfast was noted as a minor drawback (desire for à la carte option).

• Overall Experience10.0

Many reviewers used words like 'Exceptional', 'Amazing', and 'إقامة استثنائية' and expressed desire to return — overall experience is excellent despite a few minor issues.
