The beds are soft, no Netflix, so I was stuck watching cable channels like it’s 1988 again. Get with the program. You have the nerve to charge me 60 dollars to park my car daily and a resort fee for what. What resort is this, it’s normal hotel. The food sucks, breakfast lunch and dinner. The food is high priced just like any other nice restaurant sorry if Esther spend my money at Cheesecake Factory or Monkeypod. You are missing the mark. Instead of focusing on turning your lobby bar into allowing any riff raff to come why don’t you focus on providing better music entertainment on the 37th floor like lures lounge. The lobby bar shouldn’t have so much strangers that can bring trash.

All the extra charges they charge at the check out I paid 260$ extra in taxes besides my regular charges

At our check in , this asian lady with blonde/ bleach hair color never informed about included perks like beach chairs or mini-surfboards for kids, or beach towel provided nor were we told the locations of the pool and gym. Be sure to ask directly upon arrival so you don't miss out. Also when asking for a breakdown of the room charge in USD versus the CAD pricing shown on Booking.com, the agent brushed it off with a dismissive comment about Hawaii being expensive rather than providing an actual explanation. When i ask information about late check out , she mentioned 120 USD and we should ask only the day of departure. The next following day I ask someone else and he said it was 100 USD and he can extend it no problem. Keep a close eye on your billing details. The next following day we ask for directions to the public bus to Diamond Head, the staff repeatedly pushed tours and Uber rides instead of helping. When pressed for the actual bus routes, we were simply told to "Google it." The housekeeper was nice smiling and ask us each day if we need anything in the room . We like that detail !

首先，我之前住 hyatt regency，對比下來比 hyatt 舒適太多了，雖然位置沒有那麼好，離海邊沒有那麼近，但離海邊也就差 2 個街區而已，也就是說除了位置沒有在海邊其他都比 hyatt 強，高層海景還可以的，入住方便效率

噪音非常明顯，內部設施需要定期更新和維護，並沒有那麼新，房間內的軟服務幾乎沒有（飲用水、拖鞋）
