När vi först kom in på rummet såg vi att en av elutagen (stickkontakt) hängde i bara några kablar (farligt!). Detta borde upptäkts av städpersonal och rapporterats. Om det var städpersonal som oavsiktligt gjort det måste det oavsett rapporteras. Trevlig och duktig tekniker kom upp på rummet och fixade. Någon hade även dragit ur sladd bakom tv (omöjligt för oss att fixa själva), samma tekniker/vaktmästare ordnade. Tack till honom! (Schampoo i duschen är mkt urvattnat, ser ut som vatten och är nästan luktfritt). Rum 463 (16-18 september).

Comfortable hotel for a one-night stay, with friendly staff and everything we needed.
Our only disappointment was the Easy-ride black taxi awaiting outside the hotel. We weren’t told about the fixed 399 SEK ($64 Australian) fare to any inner city destination including the Viking ferry terminal. The 3.8 km, 5-minute trip was quoted at just 109 SEK ($15 Australian) on Uber app, but we thought we would support local taxi. Not knowing it would be 4 x the Uber price and a very unfriendly, rude and disrespectful taxi driver - so we would have appreciated being informed of the fare beforehand by the taxi. Although it has nothing to do with our hotel stay - it was very expensive and disappointing outcome of staying at this beautiful comfortable hotel.
