Great location. On the edge of Waikiki so less hectic. More green. One block from the ocean. You can choose a room with a Diamond Head view which cannot be matched.

It is obviously old. And some rooms are not so nice. We asked for an upgrade once we got into our room. We had to pay for that upgrade but once we got there, we were very happy. Corner room with balcony, quiet AC.

Initially I was given a room (no.6 on each floor I believe) which is right next to the elevators, which makes it quite noisy with people getting in and out at different times and waiting for the elevator talking loudly. I asked for another room which meant I had to check out the next morning and wait to check in gain later that day which was pretty inconvenient. However the hotel itself is great.

Location and facilities were excellent, I wish I had more time to stay. It was convenient to have a parking lot close by

I reserved the ocean view and we got a tiny window & ocean was so far away. We got an ada room vice ocean view. Not good. Mis-leading.
