Fantastic hotel in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring. The hotel was clean, well maintained and had good facilities. The terrace bar was a real highlight, with a lovely atmosphere and a great place to unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

You have to book in advance for the spa and it’s an additional cost (by the hour).

The Junior Suite was totally not good . The AC did not work . We could not sleep there as the hotel could do nothing about it . As we had two more rooms we had to share the bed with our Son . Also the Room Service was poor as no one picked up our used trays for 2 days which kept lying outside our room . The Flush too was not working properly . The bathroom hot water was not upto the standards required . The services in general were poor .

Bathrooms have no extractor so steams up very quickly. Difficult to keep water from the shower in the bath due to no screen. Breakfast was nice but no English breakfast tea!
