Great central location and casino, but old cold rooms, poor cleanliness, and indifferent staff during a medical emergency.

Disappointing stay. The rooms are old and very hard to heat — it stayed cold even with the heater running. Cleanliness was poor: we found hair on the towels and in the bathroom. There was no shampoo or basic amenities like cotton swabs in the room. The worst part was the service during an emergency. My partner became seriously ill during our stay, and when I called the front desk to ask for a doctor, the staff member was dismissive and simply hung up. No one followed up or asked whether we needed any help. In a medical emergency, a guest should expect at least basic concern and assistance. The location on the Strip is convenient, but the room condition, cleanliness, and especially the staff's indifference in an emergency mean I would not stay here again.
