Nous avions réservé une chambre avec baignoire Spa que nous n’avons pas eue et il a fallu faire Une réclamation pour obtenir une compensation, ce qui est bien dommage

Small thing -we were told that we could use our room card to exit the car park, but it didn’t seem to work
