住客評價分析
- Cleanliness9.4
Multiple guests explicitly praise cleanliness: 'superschone kamers', 'always neat', 'everything very clean' and well-maintained facilities.
- Service9.6
Overwhelmingly positive mentions of staff and management: 'royalty treatment', staff went above and beyond, specific praise for the manager and Bongo who arranged extras and made stays special.
- Location9.0
Multiple comments note convenience (near airport, good for golf, Houghton location) and the property felt safe and secure; generally suited for business and leisure.
- Room Quality9.4
Rooms receive strong praise: 'penthouse was insane', 'huge rooms', well-equipped and comfortable; turn-down service noted as a luxury.
- Amenities8.5
Gym and golf facilities are highly praised, pools noted as attractive; some negative points include hot-tub temperature/timer issues, no on-site shop and tight entry from the golf course.
- Value for Money9.0
Not explicitly discussed in most reviews; assigned the target overall rating as standard quality for this hotel tier given consistent positive feedback elsewhere.
- Food and Beverage8.0
Restaurant food receives praise in several reviews ('food was exceptional', 'Cyra à tester absolument'), but limited breakfast options are mentioned more than once and reduce the score.
- Overall Experience9.1
Dominantly exceptional feedback: many 'Exceptional', 'Just the best', and 'Amazing' comments; minor issues (hot tub, dry air, limited breakfast) do not outweigh overall strong impressions.
