Rooms (I booked 2 rooms as part of my reservation) do not come with fridges as standard. The fact you have to pay additional to rent a fridge is very poor. Also the person working at the tech shop put a hard sale on my 74 year year old mother to buy items she didn’t want or need. Tried to get a refund but was refused. Praying on the elderly is very poor practice which I find completely unacceptable

The customer service. The lack of helpful staff. The digitalized check in without clear instruction. The smell of the room. It smelled like wet carpet. The facilities are very dated.

Wir sind jedes Jahr hier und das Hotel lässt leider immer stärker nach. Check In dauert mittlerweile über eine Stunde (unter der Woche, am Wochenende länger). Soll über Automaten geregelt werden, aber diese funktionieren nicht. Frühstücksgutschein wurde nicht angerechnet, trotz Reklamation. Leider immer weniger Ausstattung in den Zimmern, keine Kühlschränke, Becher usw mehr. Ich gehe davon aus, dass das Hotel in nächster Zeit schließen wird und daher alles zurückgefahren wird.

Shower, was slippery. When we turn on the water foam started bubbling. Seems like wasnt clean and old soap was there. My mom sleeped in the shower. Lots of pink stuff was in the grout of the shower. Needs to be scrub.
