住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.8
Multiple guests described rooms and suites as 'spotless' or 'clean, clean, clean', though a few mentioned a slightly dirty bathroom or a clogged shower—overall cleanliness is above average.
- Service6.5
Frequent complaints about the front desk: rude or mean staff, long lines, insufficient staffing; some staff cited as friendly and kiosks praised, resulting in a mixed-to-below-average service rating.
- Location7.8
Many reviewers praised the convenient location near the Strip and quieter atmosphere; a few noted it felt far from some destinations—overall positive for value and access.
- Room Quality6.8
Guests enjoyed spacious suites and panoramic views, but numerous reports of poor AC/cooling, heat in rooms, older rooms and occasional minor cleanliness issues lower this score.
- Amenities6.9
Good variety (slot machines, kiosks, pool, food hall) and praised pools when open, but several mentions of pools closed, no microwaves, and limited availability of some amenities reduce the score.
- Value for Money8.0
Several guests called the price 'exceptional' and noted outstanding value for suite size; occasional complaints about pricey food do not outweigh strong value perceptions.
- Food and Beverage6.7
Mixed reviews: the food hall and late snacks were seen as reasonably priced by some, while others found food mediocre, pricey, or experienced surprising snack charges—overall slightly below average.
- Overall Experience7.9
Overall stays ranged from 'awesome' to 'will not stay again'—positive factors (clean rooms, value, convenient kiosks, good location) slightly outweigh service and amenity issues, yielding a generally positive overall experience.

The room
The room
Some of the staff. Specially one of your pit bosses. Unnecessarily was hassling me. Totally unjustified and over the top. Underline prejudice. Also all the graffiti in the elevators. The small gaming area. Very disappointed.
I liked that it was clean and all the stuff you could do.

I didn’t like that several elevators didn’t work and it took for ever to catch an elevator.
The room was incredible and the staff was super nice.

I would’ve liked a few more spots to drink/eat inside the Casino. Just a couple places where you can get a simple beverage without visiting the bars.
