En temps que français ne parlant pas l’anglais, j’aurais aimé des employer bilingue…. Je pense que c’est IMPORTANT sachant que la province de Québec est juste à côté et avec plein de français …

The room was species and beautiful, with a beautiful view at a CN tower! Breakfast was ordered from menu, which was fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel wasn't huge, which made us feel cozy and taken care of. 2 metro stations nearby and great location with nearby shops, cafes and a museum across the street.
