Stayed 3 nights with a friend. The location is the big win: close to the beach and the train station, with good cafés and supermarkets nearby for daily needs.

Cleanliness was good, but the room felt old and poorly maintained. The AC leaked heavily from the ceiling, and the only fix was putting towels on the floor to soak up the water. The shower head is mounted very low, which made showering uncomfortable. Wifi was decent for browsing but not reliable enough for video calls or remote work.
