1.dirty- the cobwebs were thick and had a very large spider living in the corner. hair was on the wall of the shower. stains on the couch. lamp shades are yellowed and stains on the walls 2. disrepair- the faucet on the tub was almost coming off, carpets ripped up, walls with dents, floors with dents, ceilings peeling. door to the "balcony" has large gaps so air comes in. only 1 elevator. stairwell is unkempt and out of a haunted movie. only charging port didnt work. lamps only half worked 3. no sound proofing. could here a car alarm throughout the night and people in the stairwell 4. staff seemed resigned they work in substandard hotels and admit all the rooms are in disarray 5. hotdogs cut up for breakfast "sausage" 6. towels and linen are threadbare and worn
