Que la señora de la cocina, se desentendió y no pregunto si quería huevos o no… simplemente se fue, y otros clientes que llegaron si conocían el tema y le dijeron como querían los mismos, pero fue solo esta vez, las otras veces que me hospedé si estuvo bien, por esta vez no hay problema. Pero que no se vuelva costumbre ya que este hotel es excelente!!

The apartment was advertised as having early check in, late checkout and Mountain View. None of the things promised were delivered. I arrived at 2:00 pm and was asked to wait precisely until 3:00pm. The late checkout was not available and the view from the balcony was a duct and some other apartments walls (from suite 205 - see pic attached) where I could hear all the conversations happening in the hotel kitchen. Also the staff was like giving “Meh” attitude
