The location is fabulous. The suites are well maintained, roomy, clean and quiet. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.

The integrity of the staff , I had left valuables in the room safe and nearly a week after check out realised that , I contacted the hotel , the assistant Hotel Manager (Juan) undertook an investigation & fortunately the items were still in the safe , , it restored my faith , definitely my #1 hotel in Melbourne, Thank you 🙏

No main lights in room, just lamps. Room and bathroom are a bit dated

Towels are on the thinner side. OK but not quite there. Minor detail only.

Location was great for what I wanted which was access to the country line train service. The staff were very pleasant at the front desk.

The TV was on in the room but there was no remote to turn it off. I finally found the switch to turn it off manually. There was a tear in the bed sheet. The toilet roll holder was broken and rusty with jagged edges. The fitout of the room was old and dated. The heavy curtains were dusty.
