The views were incredible and the proximity to town was great. Only about a mile into town with a few hills. The parking was in a garage which was great as well. We didn’t mind the stairs, but it might prove challenging for older folks.

It was a beautiful place but just a bit of wear and tear. Overall clean and comfortable but would be nice to have a few additional amenities like coffee, toiletries, etc.

the carpet outside the bathroom near the kitchen were wet on arrival, there is no air conditioner as informed when I asked before booking, there only heater on the walls and inside the rooms it has no control of temperature only option on/off what makes the room way too hot in the middle of the night even if the door open we have to take the rubbish downstairs to not be charged old furniture in the garage walls extremely dirty no soap dispenser on shower only one bath tower per guest

Would have loved more than one bath towel each - we could have paid for an additional set, and there were washing and drying facilities, but an extra towel would have been helpful. Other than that all was great!

Easy check in procedure, with all the instructions clearly communicated. The property was very clean, warm and comfortable with fabulous views and all the amenities we required.

A decent 10-15 min walk into town , including some hills and 4 flights of stairs up to our accomodation was challenging but not unexpected considering the geography of Queenstown. We also could not use the very small garage for our hire car but was able to find street parking.

It was warm and comfortable. Close to the town centre so we could walk. Double garage which fitted our 4wd hire car. Kitchen equipped, offered salt pepper and oil which came in handy cooking. Plus has clothes washing liquid, Linen and towels are all very nice quality. View amazing. And again, so warm and cosy with the fire place (gas).

The third bedroom is windowless and pokey. I think I knew it was windowless, but it looked bigger in pics. Just enough room for two single beds with minimal room for suitcases . Kids complained it was hot. It would be ok for little kids. The only other thing that I didn't like was it had this great space in the entry hall for hooks on walls but it didn't have any there. Would have been great to be able to hang all our bags and coats inside. It did have some hooks in garage fyi.
