住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.2

Rooms described as spotless by several guests, but multiple mentions of an unpleasant sewage smell in the lobby/stairwell and occasional housekeeping/details issues (e.g., missing toilet brush) lower the score.

• Service9.3

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and exceptionally welcoming; a few notes of only 'correct' service and one report of mediocre bar service, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.

• Location9.7

Consistently praised: excellent spot next to Vondelpark, close to museums, quiet residential neighbourhood with good tram connections — repeatedly called a highlight.

• Room Quality8.6

Rooms are modern, comfortable beds and good showers with strong pressure; downsides include generally small room size, occasional noise, mixed reports about cooling/air-conditioning and some technical issues (e.g., remote curtains).

• Amenities8.8

Modern in-room amenities (electronic lighting/curtains/aircon, good TV, welcome drinks) and strong shower; some guests experienced broken cooling/TV or curtain malfunctions which slightly reduce the score.

• Value for Money9.0

Several guests felt the price-quality balance was good given Amsterdam prices; a few commented that special events increased rates, but overall perceived as fair for the location and quality.

• Food and Beverage8.4

Breakfast reviews are mixed — often described as 'correct' or adequate and sometimes generous, but multiple guests noted limited variety/selection and room for improvement.

• Overall Experience10.0

Many guests reported an excellent stay, would return, and called the hotel a hidden gem — quiet, comfortable and ideally located, producing very strong overall satisfaction.
