I dropped my credit card on the street and when I got to the front desk (Monday evening 9/1/26 I didn't have it. I called the cab and she didn't have it. I went back upstairs and looked on the sidewalk and near the curb on the street. I was getting ready to have it blocked while standing at the front desk when a member of the hotel security team who had found it turned it in. I believe her name was Kamele? What a great person! I was so thankful.

I had a wonderful stay at Aston at the Executive Centre. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the convenient location, with several great dining options within easy walking distance. Parking was also well organized and facilitated smoothly, making arrivals and departures stress-free. Overall, I was very impressed with the cleanliness, service, and convenience of the property, and we look forward to our stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

Hotel room is clean and nice. Bed is comfortable, But no room darkening screens in the room. Lights in downtown buildings reflect in the room to keep you awake ! There was no water station to fill the water bottle. You have to ask staff to fill your water bottle every time! Lobby is very unwelcoming to new guests arriving. Staff is good and tried to make customers happy with good service. Hotel does not have restaurant. So plan ahead to eat breakfast nearby.

The location was not nice, the building was old and not updated (smelly carpets should have been replaced 10 years ago), they charged an “amenity fee” for things that are expected in rooms, there is no restaurant in the hotel, there were many unsavory guests
