住客評價分析
- Cleanliness8.4
Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness ('quarto limpo', 'todo muy limpio', 'La propreté', 'Clean'), indicating consistently good housekeeping with only minor issues (wet shower floor mentioned by one).
- Service8.1
Staff frequently described as friendly and attentive, flexible check-out and good reception service; a few service lapses noted (taxi not booked, slow handling of fire alarm) but overall service sentiment is positive.
- Location8.2
Clear strength is proximity to the airport and reasonable access to town/center for many guests; some reviews note it is on outskirts and requires a car for certain trips, so location is good for airport travellers but mixed for walking access.
- Room Quality7.1
Rooms are generally clean and acceptable, but multiple guests mentioned small rooms, narrow beds, lack of mini-fridge, few hangers, dated decor and occasional shower leakage — overall a slightly below-excellent room experience.
- Amenities8.5
Pool, 24h food/drink service, free parking and pleasant outdoor spaces are repeatedly praised; pool area is a highlight though mosquitos were a problem for some visitors.
- Value for Money7.6
Several reviewers explicitly state 'good value' or better-than-expected for the price, but some trade-offs (smaller rooms, minor service issues) moderate the perceived value versus an ideal score.
- Food and Beverage7.6
Breakfast is often described as very good and varied (including fresh orange juice) and 24h food/drink service praised; a few complaints about limited menu options and one mention of 'microwave food' reduce the overall F&B rating slightly.
- Overall Experience7.7
Overall impressions are positive — clean, comfortable, great location for airport stays, nice pool and friendly staff — offset by occasional room drawbacks, mosquitoes and isolated negative incidents (fire alarm, transport hiccup), producing an overall solid but not perfect stay.
