We did not ask to have rooms cleaned, my granddaughters iPad was taken by whom ever cleaned the room without us requesting for room service, along with change stole out of my bag that was sitting on table.

The two bedroom suite I booked is no longer available had to settle for a double bed.

It was very dirty. The floors looked soiled. The elevator hadn't been inspected in over a year (January 2025). The door to my room was open when I arrived. I was able to just push it open. It's the first place I've ever felt like I needed to check for bed bugs. There weren't any but I left my bags in the bathroom just in case. I also didn't stay there. I left and went to a friend's house because I didn't feel safe and was afraid of bugs.

Cama con colchón manchado Almohadas muy delgadas Cubrecama muy fino y se salia del duvet Falto shampoo en el baño No hubo limpieza de habitación el día anterior a check out
