住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.0

Multiple reviews specifically praise clean rooms and very clean facilities; housekeeping repeatedly described as good or amazing.

• Service8.3

Many staff members (bellboys, waitstaff like Catherine, masseuse) are praised as friendly and helpful, but recurring complaints about front desk and some restaurant servers lower this score.

• Location9.0

Location repeatedly called excellent, central, and walkable to the Malecon — consistently highlighted as a strong point.

• Room Quality8.2

Rooms described as clean, quiet and comfortable, though a few guests reported AC problems and not receiving paid-for ocean views.

• Amenities8.8

Pools and on-site amenities receive strong positive mentions; staff at many outlets provided good service, contributing to a solid amenities experience.

• Value for Money7.6

Mixed signals: some guests loved the stay, while others felt drinks had little alcohol, food quality/variety was lacking, and timeshare pressure reduced perceived value.

• Food and Beverage7.5

Food receives mixed reviews — some say it was delicious while several guests note poor variety, inconsistent quality, and servers needing improvement in certain restaurants.

• Overall Experience8.8

Overall impressions trend positive with many guests calling it their best experience, praising staff and property, though issues with some service points and food keep it from being exceptional for all.

all staff was kind and nice, but at staff from the lobby needs to be more kind ( some of them, not all). the food no good, it needs more variety.

El hotel esta muy centrico, la comida esta riquísima, los cuartos están limpios, lo unico que si el Servicio al cliente del Front Desk no es muy bueno. Pero lo demas si me gusto.
