住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.5
Mixed reports: many guests describe rooms and hotel as clean and well cared for, but there are several mentions of spots that could be cleaner and one detailed very negative report describing worn areas and lack of basic bathroom amenities.
- Service9.0
Generally praised — multiple comments note friendly, helpful reception and staff; a few isolated reports mention unfriendly personnel or minor service friction (e.g., food ordering at the bar), but overall service is a strong point.
- Location9.0
Consistently highlighted as excellent for airport transfers and Ifema, with a metro station a short walk away; not central for sightseeing and immediate surroundings have few shops/cafés.
- Room Quality8.5
Rooms are often described as spacious, comfortable and quiet; occasional reports of smaller rooms, older/worn furnishings or lower-quality mattresses in some cases.
- Amenities8.5
Good amenities overall (breakfast buffet, ironing board, parking availability), but recurring notes about the pool (cold/closing early), occasional missing in-room amenities and minor restaurant/service quirks.
- Value for Money8.5
Mixed perceptions: several guests find the price and family policies good value, while at least one guest reported a very high rate and felt the hotel did not justify that price.
- Food and Beverage8.5
Breakfast frequently praised as varied and exceptional; restaurant and food service generally positive though a few small complaints (bread quality, ordering logistics).
- Overall Experience8.5
Predominantly positive overall: comfortable, convenient for business/IFEMA/airport stays, clean and well-run for most guests, with isolated negatives around value, wear and specific service incidents.
