Nothing but check in was a bit slow

Good location, I asked for a high floor city view and received it, the room was great (size, toiletries, view). 3 min walk to the UP train leading to the Pearson airport in less than 30 min. The breakfast buffet was fine but nothing amazing.

I was expecting more professionalism for this type of hotel. The man at the reception was nice and pro, but I think he used his tongue on his fingers to turn the documents pages which I didn't find hygenic. I was given the breakfast bill halfway during my breakfast which I didn't find very relaxing and pro, while I just wanted to enjoy some quiet and peaceful morning moment without thinking of paying. We could not get any drink ourselves, it had to be served by the staff inckuding simple coffee, hot water, water.... I wished we could have at least water available to all on the table or from the buffet at least. UberEats was great for my second breakfast. Also I wanted to secure a spa appointment in advance for my stay and booked it beforehand. However only when reaching the hotel, I came to know that I was eligible for a spa discount which I could not redeem since I had booked the hotel spa independently of the room. I wished I knew this earlier or could find a solution for this even if this was mentioned in the written conditions for the room. In other hotels, I could find an in-between arrangement for this type of inconvenience.

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel pour l’anniversaire de notre fille et tout était parfait. 24 ieme étage avec une magnifique vue Notre fille a eu un petit gâteau pour son anniversaire qui nous attendait dans la chambre ainsi qu’une petite peluche. Le petit déjeuné buffet est vraiment excellent avec énormément de choix La chambre avec 2 lits double était très spacieuse.
