Good: Hotel is in a good location if you need proximity to the airport, literally a 5 min walk. Breakfast was surprisingly nice and had good variety. Rooms were very clean. Bad: Hotel is a bit outdated, TV doesn't connect to the wifi or allow for screen sharing, parking is $12 a day but they don't disclose this to you until you get there, and the lobby is on the 3rd floor but there are no signs or people on the ground floor to let you know this when you arrive which can leave you frustrated and stranded. The carpets also have a bit of a smell and you can hear the planes when they are taking off.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Aruba last week. The staff were welcoming, the rooms clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very good. The location is convenient and the pool area is relaxing. Highly recommended!

We were there for one night and it was not a great experience. The room was ok but we didn't like that we were charged one day before we came. The restaurant was very limited, looked a cafe menu card with very little choice. We asked why there was so little choice and the waitress said it was because of the low season. So guests who come at low season don't get the experience like the guests at high season? That's ridiculous because it was still very busy on the island,even in the low season!
